1. Preparation of documents: It is necessary to provide booking authorization, English version of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), Dangerous Package Certificate, and Marine Transportation Condition Appraisal Certificate.
2. Booking process: first booking to get SO (loading list), then pick up the container and return it to the container, then customs clearance, maritime declaration, and finally get released and loaded on the sea.
3. Packaging requirements: According to Vietnam Customs regulations, product packaging must comply with the relevant standards, labels must indicate the product specifications, quantity, origin, composition, use, date of production and other important information.
4. Confirmation of product certification: certain products may require special certification or approval before sale in specific country markets, exporters should understand and prepare the corresponding certificates or certifications before export.
5. For Polyurethane Resin (UN1133): As a Class 3 flammable liquid, it also needs to be booked and shipped as dangerous goods when exported, and may need Dangerous Goods Certificate or Classification Certificate.
